Getting to Know You
Your smile is as unique as your name! Dr. Larrabee and our Team make every effort to get to know each person who comes to our office on a first name basis. But it doesn’t stop there! We want to know how school or work is going, or if your child won their last soccer game. Getting to know each one of you personally also helps us better meet your orthodontic goals and make treatment a breeze. We hope that asking questions about your treatment or voicing a concern comes easily when you already know us so well!
To make communicating with our office even easier, we’ve added the ability to text with a member of our team! We are happy to answer questions about your treatment, make and reschedule upcoming appointments or just say “Hello!” Our favorite text messages to receive are progress pictures of your awesome smile!
A Personal Touch
Many of our patients have not had an orthodontic experience before their visit to our office, and don’t know what to expect at the orthodontist. We know it’s important to make each visit as easy and worry-free as possible. Throughout your orthodontic journey, you’ll get to experience the amazing personal touches we pride ourselves in providing. For example, when you get your braces on or your first round of Invisalign trays, Dr. Larrabee will personally call to check to see how you’re doing that evening and if you have any questions regarding your treatment. It’s important for us to make sure you know we care!
Our Kids’ Club Gives Parents Peace of Mind
Dr. Larrabee recommends children having their first orthodontic consultation by the age of 7. The majority of kids won’t need treatment until their adolescence, but finding the perfect time to get started with treatment can save treatment time and money. For this reason, Dr. Larrabee is happy to offer complimentary consultations and Kids’ Club visits to all of our families. While your child is a member of our Kids’ Club, they will earn Larrabee Loot for having good hygiene and regular dental checkups. It also gives children the opportunity to become accustomed to our office, so when it is time for orthodontic care, they feel as comfortable with our office and Team as possible!
